Shipping Policy
Processing time
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 4:00 PM (local time) or on weekends start processing the next business day.
Delivery times
Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days after dispatch for most destinations. Remote regions can take a few days longer. Shipping is free on all orders.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to show its first update — that is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
Customs and duties
Prices shown do not include import duties or taxes that may be charged by your country. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Delayed or lost parcels
If your parcel has not arrived 20 business days after dispatch, email us and we will either reship it or refund you in full. Wrong or incomplete addresses may require a reshipping fee.
