Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if the item is unavailable, the address is invalid, or we suspect fraud.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time before an order is placed. Payment is processed on a secure, PCI-compliant checkout. Import duties, if any, are not included.
Warranty
The neck fan comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, water damage, drops and unauthorised repairs are not covered. Returns are handled under our returns policy.
Safe use
The product is a personal cooling device, not a medical device. Do not submerge it, charge it unattended, or use it with a damaged cable or battery. Keep away from small children.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
